Deepak Luckhun is a well known figure in Health care management for over 25 years in the South East of England , Midlands and Bristol. He has a track record of converting underperforming home to fully compliant with a strong ethos on building team with less financial but more human resource interventions. He has strong knowledge of compliances , a trainer for healthcare  , coach for new managers and trouble shoot homes . He has been part of Quality team throughout 22 homes across the South east and was awarded Regional Support Manager of the year in 2019 , which recognised his strong influence in the region both at managearial level and at influencing colleagues understanding and support to individual suffering from dementia. 

Deepak completed his first degree in 2005 and now has  Masters in Healthcare Management and post graduate diploma in Dementia care. He is a member of the Chartered institute of Management and CIPD and continues to keep his knowlegde and training up to date to meet with challenges in present healthcare sector across England and Wales 

Deepak has a very strong passion for the foundations of care which he showcases in the homes he has worked. He believes in developing the team in such a way that management becomes more of support to the team than micromanaging. He believes in empowering team and continuous support to the team which brings much better results than single management. It is is passion for working on individuals and seeing their  progress and develpment and colleagues who have known him , have influenced him in making consulting a full time career. 

Deepak worked in large care homes as well as medium sized homes where he has used different care records models and templates , complaince tools , dependency tools including Electronic care Records  and E Mars .He is very well versed with New technologies to be used to promote services and enhance quality of care in care homes . 

Education is key to providing the best outcomes fof individuals and Deepak coaches staff to get the right knowledge and experience to be able to deliver good care. Across the years of coaching and supporting colleagues Deepak has now become a trainer for Dementia care  medications , moving and handling , First Aid. He identifies needs for traingn and prepares materials to support Colleagues. 

Deepak worked with the NCHI,CSCI and CQC . His understanding of care regulations, compliances and quality are all reflective on the processes he creates to ensure smooth functions of Care services. He has been commended on the homes he has stamped his management and which continue to be complaint but equally successful homes .
